I understand that these payments are non-refundable.

If I have elected to pay my membership through an installment plan, I agree that all installment payments will be made in full regardless of the length of my BNI membership. I understand that I may cancel my BNI membership at any time; however, the full amount due under the installment agreement will remain payable.

I agree that if any recurring payment is declined or does not clear for any reason, I will arrange for my payment within 7 days to include a $35 late fee. If late payment is not received within said 7 days, I agree that Sun City Networking, LLC DBA BNI Desert Southwest has the right to cancel my membership from my chapter. No refunds will be authorized; all remaining payments will still be collected. I understand that the payments listed above include a service fee. I understand that the payments may be executed on the next business days. For ACH debits to my checking/savings account, I understand that, because these are electronic transactions, these funds may be withdrawn from my account immediately.

In the case of an ACH Transaction being rejected for Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF), I understand that Sun City Networking, LLC DBA BNI Desert Southwest may, at its discretion, attempt to process the charge again within 30 days. I agree to an additional late fee for each returned NSF attempt, which will be $35, and this charge will be initiated as a separate transaction from the authorized recurring payment.

I acknowledge that the origination of ACH transactions to my account must comply with the provisions of U.S. law. I certify that I am an authorized user of this bank account and will not dispute these scheduled transactions with my bank or credit card company, so long as the transactions correspond to the terms indicated in this authorization form.

Right to Cancel: I acknowledge that I may cancel this contract at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of this contract. To cancel, I must notify BNI DESERT SOUTHWEST in writing. BNI DESERT SOUTHWEST reserves the right to discontinue participation in this program at any time.
